Change of Mind
As a curated multi-brand retailer, all orders placed with Clique are exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
We are happy to provide an exchange or store credit on full-priced items returned within 7 business days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:

In original condition

With all tags attached

In original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Sale items eligible for store credit only within 7 days.
How to Arrange a Return
To request a return, please contact:
Include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using tracked or registered post, as Clique is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at customer@cliquelyf.com as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the issue.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement where available, or a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Order Cancellations
Orders placed on www.cliquelyf.com are final.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at customer@cliquelyf.com before dispatch. Once shipped, the standard returns policy applies.
