Returns & Exchanges

Change of Mind

As a curated multi-brand retailer, all orders placed with Clique are exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

We are happy to provide an exchange or store credit on full-priced items returned within  14 business days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • In original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Store credits issued by Clique do not expire and can be used at any time both online and in-store.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at customer@cliquelyf.com as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement where available, or a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Order Cancellations
